I am a stay at home mom of two small boys. Like a lot of stay-at-home moms, I am limited to what stores are \”accessable to me\” by a number of things. Things like the width of store aisles, the ease of parking, helpfulness of employees, and the size and maneuverability of the available shopping carts are all a factor in where I can and can’t go.
Like so many other American households, I do the majority of the shopping. Not sure if this is fair or not, but irrelevant in my case as it’s a fact. As so many others, I bring my children along. Which stores to shop is truly based on the factors I mentioned above and play a much larger role than some may think. For example, I have an appointment at a beauty supply store later this morning. The aisles and lack of availability of shopping carts will limit the time I am willing to spend inside the store.
I believe this is true for a majority of women in my position. If it is difficult to shop the store because the ease of maneuverability, a good number of consumers are going to avoid the store or business as much as possible, and when they do enter the store, it will be for as little time as possible. This means less money is spent, and they are less likely to purchase \”impulse buys\”. They will be in and out of the store on a mission to get the few items they need and then get out before there is a public meltdown (either by mom or children!).
Shopping carts play a big part for me in choosing where to shop. The size and maneuverability determine how in which car seats or infant carriers will be managed during the shopping experience. A cart not accomodating the car seat properly may result in simply balancing it in place versus actually securing it to the cart. This can be quite dangerous while steering and making your way around the store.
The ideal shopping cart for a small business should be sturdy and lightnot bulky and heavy. It should be large enough to contain the items a shopper needs, but not so large that maneuvering through aisles becomes difficult and frustrating.
On numerous occassions, I have left a store, in the middle of shopping, out of frustration associated with their shopping carts. Their carts were too large with hard to turn wheels along with aisles to cramped to get around in and where I needed to go. My frustration would grow as I attempted to navigate the store. Hence I would leave and avoid that particular store in the future.
Having a shopping cart large enough for a small business can sometimes be an issue. There is a fine line between convenience of the shopper, and making the cart too large to be able to smoothly transition to different areas of the store. I personally need a cart which is large enough to also allow a five-year-old to sit in the basket with whatever items I am purchasing. This makes it tricky for a small business. A lot of times small businesses are limited on space, and don’t have the option of wide aisles for their inventory. There has to be a good balance of both to make it convenient for a person to shop.
It seems silly to think that the kinds of shopping carts a particular store has would keep me from shopping at the store. It is the truth, however. There is a particular large retailer whose doors I didn’t enter because I was unable to secure my infant carrier to the front of the shopping cart. It wasn’t until he could sit up on his own that I was able to start shopping at the store again. The shopping carts do have an impact on the clientele, however mundane it may seem. The best types of shopping carts I would use for my small business would be lightweight, possibly plastic, wide enough to secure an infant carrier, and light enough to not feel bulky as I navigate the stores. The best shopping cart for my small business would also take into consideration the size of the aisles they would have to navigate. The best shopping cart for my small business would be large enough to hold another child in the basket while also holding my products. And the best shopping cart for my small business would also have sturdy, freely turning wheels to make it easier to navigate aisles. The best shopping cart for my small business would not be too small or flimsy for customers to feel secure about placing their children in the front basket. Overall, the best shopping cart for my small business woult take into consideration all of the things which would make a customer linger for just a little longer in the store.

I was invited to attend a prelaunch meeting for Kiiera in Van Nuys CA. Jeff Breakey the master distributor called me up 2 weeks prior and told me he found a new company and product that I had to see. He promptly sent me more information on Kiiera and there only product VIV.
I must say I had never wanted anything to do with a juice company, and flat out hated binaries so I was initially very turned off by what Jeff was showing me. I finally took some time and reviewed the information he sent me. After reviewing every thing I must say i was very impressed.
The biggest problem with a binary is most people can not easily get into profit. This is what causes the high turnover rate with this kind of comp plan. Well Kiiera has taken this into consideration and has made their comp plan very friendly. There are 3 different kinds of bonuses available that help to get you in profit quickly. It is very easy for anyone to work up to $300 to $500 in monthly residual. A seasoned networker could achieve this in just a couple of weeks. It may take the novice a month or two to accomplish this. But that is pretty quick and this is a realistic timeframe.
This had me very excited because the power of a binary is in the residual commissions. Once you reach a monthly income it will normally stay there whether you are still working or not. So working hard here for 6 months and reaching a 10k a month residual would pay me that over and over again. Even if I quit working it.
During the 2 day event I was very impressed with all the people involved. I had great conversations with Peter Spiegel the owner of Sylmark and Kiirea. He was very excited, but not filled with a bunch of hype. Peter is a very down to earth guy and really has things in order here. He told me straight up if had to deliver 1 million units next moth he was ok with that. That was amazing to hear from a start up. But keep in mind this is not your startup. Sylmark has been selling and delivering product since 1999 so they know what they are doing.
Chris “The Medicine Hunter” was honestly amazing. I have never been so interested and intrigued by listening to someone. Chris had me hooked from the second he took the floor. His knowledge and belief in the product was simply amazing. There were a host of very good questions Chris took from the floor, all of them were great questions, Chris answered all of the in great detail, he even suggested various publications by date and month, which provided scientific proof in reference to the questions asked. No one asked any questions in which he could not provide an amazing answer to.
We actually had a chance to sample the product, VIV on Saturday. It was the only thing I drank, it had a very refreshing taste and no after taste. I found myself going back for more over and over again. I have tried every drink of this nature out there and none of them taste as good as VIV.
I also had a chance to meet Marvin Higbee who also was very down to earth and very knowledgeable. Marvin was the President of Life Force International, which was very successful, so he knows what he’s doing and he knows how to take Kiiera to the top.
While in CA I also had the opportunity to tour the corporate offices. This is a great way to get a feel for how strong a company is. You can’t hide things here. You can tell a lot from the staff. I can say I was very impressed with what I saw at the corporate offices. Everyone looked very happy to be there. Almost excited. I heard stories of people working 12 hours straight and getting up the next day to do it again and they were happy to be doing it. That’s how you know you have something great.
I must say this is the best combination of product, company, and management I have ever seen. I am proud to be a part of Kiiera.

When utilizing social networks like Myspace, YouTube, and Facebook for your next chiropractic marketing campaign, be very careful how you proceed. You only get one shot at building credibility within your niche or local community, so, ideally you want to make sure that you receive guidance from someone who’s successfully harnessed the power of these networks already. Going at it alone will cost you thousands of dollars in mistakes, missed new patient opportunities, and a great deal of time, energy and effort learning a new language. There are also unspoken rules you must know as well if you want to be in it for the long term.
Social media networks have totally changed the way people communicate, but the network isn’t just for teenagers. All age groups are now surfing Web 2.0 to keep in touch and connected to their friends and family, and businesses are just starting to see the great demographic spectrum available. It’s a marketing dream. Employers can’t keep their employees off these sites all day long, and this kind of exposure is yours for the taking. I was the one who sensed the potential of this phenomenon, and now I’m ready to share this information with you.
Ride the information super-highway straight to better abundance for your business and your life. Get on the path to success and utilize the unique power of Web 2.0 to transform your practice almost overnight. While you’re at it, I’ll teach you to create endless streams of income from other sources.
I show chiropractors how to leverage social media sites to get loads of highly targeted new patients walking into their office every month. The best part is, this is done without ever having to spend one cent on advertising! This is information your current consultant or practice management “guru” is dying to get his hands on because he’s clueless.
When you commit yourself to my program, you’re committing yourself to being at the very forefront of this marketing trend that is about to sweep the nation. It hasn’t taken hold yet, and that means that you get first dibs! My students are the ones surviving and even thriving in these difficult times, and you can too. On one of my profiles, I have in excess of 6,400 friends, 3,000 of which are members of my local community who I can communicate with via blogs and bulletins. I’m honored to be the absolute first and only consultant to use social media’s power to unleash unbelievable wealth and attention, and only my students are privy to this priceless information.
I’ve solidified my place in the community as the chiropractic health expert and get many referrals monthly on autopilot. You can’t buy publicity like what I’ve been able to achieve from a grassroots standpoint. I’ve even garnered a great reputation in our profession as the Myspace and YouTube doctor / chiropractor. Needless to say, I’m booked for speaking engagements throughout the country because of the massive thirst for this innovative style of marketing. When I developed this marketing technique and program a couple years ago, I had a vision that it would positively impact thousands of business owners and it’s done just that.
Begin to brainstorm on what you want to be known for in your community and you can even start to create simple videos that will showcase your talents and let the people know that you are a real person. Keep the videos under five minutes, as people have a short attention span. Also, make them fun, interactive, and interesting so folks want to hear about your next adventure or health tip of the day. If you are unsure about how to create a video and the technical aspects, my video training course will bring you up to speed in no time.
Heck, you don’t even need a video camera at first, although if you want to be a major player you’ll get one. When I first began, I was doing tutorials with only screen capture software and it was yielding some pretty amazing results. A few of my videos went viral, which just means they spread like a virus. This is, again, free advertising and desperate docs that use pay-per-click on the search engines would kill for these results. Instead, they waste there money spending in upwards of one dollar per click while my videos are getting hundreds of views per day at no charge and allowing me to dominate Google. It’s time to own your greatness fellow chiropractor!

The world of commercial loans is very different from residential ones. In the current market, however, all traditional lending sources are being pretty stingy with money. The fact that you have a vision and are ready to go does not mean much to them. Your loan application just sits and sits.
While you are waiting for that loan to go through, your construction site will be sitting there untouched. If you are intending to build within a cold climate, waiting for loan money can mean trying to break ground during those winter months. Rather than sit around and wait for the bank, why not look into private loans?
The finance market is such a disaster at the moment that no banking source is reliable. When Fannie Mae is going under, you know it is bad. Most developers are now just trying to buy time till things improve. Bridge loans from private money are just the way to do it.
With quick approval times, you will have money in hand within a few days of applying and can get the project moving. At the same time, you can seek out traditional financing for the long term without worrying about approval times. Once you have that loan, you can pay off the bridge loan.
Finance is all about leverage and liquidity. In the current market, there is no liquidity. Getting money is hard. You can leverage your position with a bridge loan, however, and get your project rolling while others fail.
If you think finding money for your project this year is hard, wait till next year. Residential mortgage defaults are expected to double. Banks will be failing right and left. Private money is the way to ride out these rough seas till 2010 when things should settle down.
Buying time does not come without a cost. Bridge loans are not cheap, but they are valuable. While you will pay more than with a traditional loan, you will be saving a project that should make you a lot of money.
It is vital to step back and realize that we are not talking about commercial lenders here. We are talking about private money. Contact three private money lenders and you will get entirely different offers. The key is to contact them and pick the best deal.

Often, a lot of people don’t consider their career plans as they should-I’ve learned as a professional career coach. Take a few minutes to look back on the past year. Why not gain some perspective on what you’ve accomplished and learned? A wonderful career coaching exercise is conducting a personal annual career review provided that you look at the big picture. Annually, your career check-up should touch on how you want to live your life and issues close to you. Also, it should include creation of a plan for the next year
During your personal annual career review, ask yourself eight questions:
1. With my job: How happy have I been?
2. How happy have I been with my personal life?
3. How happy have I been with what I do for myself?
4. Did I regularly do something that expresses my values most strongly held?
5. What one thing about my job would I change if could?
6. What of my life did I leave out that I wish was there?
7. I admire a person whose life is?
8. For the next year, what should your game plan of your career look like?
A goal has a good positive end. It should not be something you hate or think you should do. It should be something you want. “I am going to exercise more” sounds nice, but it is one of those goals that will undoubtedly end up on the back shelf. Set goals like “I will walk three times a week for 30 minutes. I am going to find some kind of exercise I enjoy” instead.
A good strategy should move you toward something that you find enjoyable, fulfilling, productive, and rewarding. What do you find especially fulfilling in your life? What do you do that makes you lose all sense of time? Increasing what you find meaningful in your life can have a significant positive benefit for you, and for people around you.
Finding a good strategy should move you away from unproductive, unfulfilling, meaningless or unrewarding things and people. What in your day do you hate doing? What feels like a waste of your time? Who on the phone do you not enjoy talking with? If you decrease what you find unrewarding in your life, you will learn to give yourself a sense of internal control over what happens to you.
While change is difficult, you “can” lead the life you desire and make your goals a reality. Do not hesitate to contact a professional career coach for support and guidance, and remember to take baby steps toward your goals. Hiring a career coach can help you decide on what is most important; it is a smart investment. We work with you to achieve your goals.

Property taxes are going through the ceiling. On the other hand, comparing quality of assessments results in loopholes that allow for huge property tax reductions. This results in thousands of dollars of potential savings to homeowners. And, it’s a basic need proposition to sell making this one of the best home based business opportunities hardly anyone knows of.
In good times or bad times, this home base business will prosper. Not many businesses have that guarantee. There are a huge number of errors in property taxes. When the assessment of a client is wrong, you simply go through the process appealing it.
When you win a property tax appeal you get paid a contingency fee from the client. If you save your client $1,800 you get paid those savings in contingency fees. Generally you spread your fee over 2 or 3 years so the homeowner sees some of the money you saved for them. For everyone, it’s a win, win situation.
Government statistics show the state and local government hiring has accelerated in the last 12 months. Meanwhile private firms have slashing staff. Despite the economic slowdown the public-sector jobs gains have actually sped up. Increased property taxes will likely pay the price.
State and local governments are in a budget crisis. You would know it when you looked at the payrolls. 338,000 new jobs have been created in the past 12 months. That’s far more than the 195,000 jobs in the 12 prior months. Result: many unhappy taxpaying homeowners.
With the fall in real estate prices, it pays to scan the horizon to see if a potential clients home valuation compares to the assessed price the tax assessor placed on it. All one needs to do compare recently sold homes.
Giving a quick look to The National Taxpayers Union statistics and you see where they write that as many as 60% of all homeowners are over-assessed and not in line with their home value. (”How To Fight Property Taxes” 2004 p.1
Real estate is estimated by comparing your client’s property with similar sold properties. You’ll look in neighborhoods that share similar characteristics of client’s house and find sold homes that make your client’s home compare for a lesser value.
It’s a good idea to cooperate with the tax assessor. It makes no difference what the tax assessor finds. What counts is market value. The way to reduce your clients property tax is through comparing recently sold homes.
With recent decreases and abundance in lower-priced comparable home, the business of real estate property tax consulting is a very lucrative home base business proposition indeed! The entry costs are low, the profit horizon great.

Did you know you can start online business relationships and succeed faster just by using your social network? You can do it the slow way - talk one on one with people in person, or do it fast by going online and using the new web 2.0 social sites to build relationships with thousands of others, connect with new prospects, and reach people that you may never meet any other way.
These new sites are called social networking sites, since each person can contribute and interact on these websites. Normally, you start by creating a profile about yourself, giving enough information about you and your business so others will feel more familiar with you. You can also list your interests, which will attract others who are looking for help or for friends with similar interests.
Some social networking sites are really easy to use - like Twitter, where you sign up and post 140 characters or less about what you are doing. Other social sites, like Facebook, are even more addictive, since you do hundreds of things with millions of users. Just remember that everything is public, and you are building your reputation on these sites. You can contribute often in different groups and discussions, and become the authority in your area of expertise.
One thing that isn’t mentioned much is the ability to use these sites to communicate with celebrities - actors, the wealthy, or the famous - and build a relationship with them that few others have. These kinds of connections can really start online business successes faster than most people realize.
Some social network websites can also provide tips on what others do to start a online business, and you can consider these steps and methods when you are starting online business activities.
You can also meet and interact with people that have problems and unfulfilled wants. These problems and desires are seeds for future online business success - things you can deliver, and make money online.
By being active on these social networking websites, you also get the benefits of more visitors to your main website, improved listings in the search engines, and more links pointing to your website, simply by adding a link to your pages and profile.
Networking with others is a very important step when you start a online business, and these sites make it easy to do. Why not get out there today, and start online business connections that can last a lifetime. You may never look back.

Over the past while, I had been expressing an interest to my friends about wanting to get involved with dropshipping on ebay. My problem was I had no knowledge, so they suggested I check out Urbanload.. I soon found out that there was much to learn and discover here, and no doubt my visit to this interesting site would not be short
My first initial reaction was there was so much to read and research, I almost felt overwhelmed. Then by realizing that this was not just a skim through site, I became more relaxed. I was determined to walk through the site as they were directing.
Being a novice to ebay. the terms dropshipping and creating wholesale customized products were foreign to me. I wasn’t quite sure what this site was really offering. The one line I did understand though, was about making money at home without having to have an inventory. This is was convinced me to stay a little longer. Finally after scrolling down the page a bit, I found a very simplified answer that told me what Urbanload was all about. Now I could begin to understand the rest of the material on the site. Although there was a great deal of it.
I figured if I walked through the site following the links the way they were navigating me, I would be in a better position to absorb the information. So I started with the “learn more” link on the front page. I wasn’t sure to use this link or the “lets get started” link. In the end ,I discovered they both took me to the same page, so it didn’t matter.
At this location I was immediately being directed to another location. I chose to stay on this page as I felt like I was getting confused from all the navigation. For my personal needs this was the right move. This page answered all the questions that were running through my mind. It cleared up my confusion as to what this company was all about. It now gave me a very clear picture of what they have to offer. Now I was to the point where I could concentrate on the issues, instead of a where am I, sort of feeling.
I was now beginning to realize that there were some really good advantages to the type of business program they were promoting. More importantly, I had now begun to build a trust in them because everything was being explained step by step as to how to get involved, if I so chose to do so. I had to admit that in the beginning I felt that this was just a quick hit sales technique.
I really became intrigued when I saw their list of “how to” videos. I was now convinced that should I decide to get involved in selling ,I would definitely go through Urbanload. My decision was made on the feeling that I knew they would lend support every step of the way.
My conclusion was as I was ready to leave the site was to remember to thank my friends for sending me to such a informative site.
